Report - Day 3 (Civil Defence Training Programme)

On the third day of the Civil Defence Training Programme, the morning session began with screening of videos related to air raid safety. The videos explained the precautions to be followed during an air attack and ways to ensure personal safety. This was followed by an informative lecture by Inspector Sudarshan Singh, who further clarified the safety measures and emergency response.

In the second morning session, the Fire Brigade Team, Rupnagar delivered a lecture on fire safety. The volunteers were informed about the causes and types of fire and the methods to control them. A practical demonstration was also conducted for better understanding. In the post-lunch session, complete CPR training was provided. Volunteers learned the correct CPR techniques and performed practical training on a dummy body.

Overall, Day 3 was highly informative and useful, as volunteers received both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training, making the session very effective and meaningful.
