Chetna Nasha Virodhi Lehar has organised the webinar relating to create the awareness about the service and caring of old age persons.The old age persons has the important role in the development of society and country but they have ignored by their family members and society in their old age.There is 104 million old age persons in all over India but 18 million old age persons are living below poverty line and even they have no money for treatment and for taking medicines.50 percent old age persons are suffering with malnutrition in all over India.71 percent old age persons have faced mentally torture by their family members.Every third old age persons are suffering with the misbehave of the society.According to the social welfare department of India there are more than one thousand old age homes in all over India in which 50 thousand old age persons are living whereas 21 million old age persons are compelled to living alone in all over the country. 1 october is celebrated as old age persons day all over the world regarding to draw the attention of the people for the caring of old age persons.92 percent old age persons are suffering with any disease in all over the world.So this webinar is organised for creating the sense of service to the elderly in the students.
